코비드19 판데믹 상황에서 고용주가 찾고 있는 피고용인의 대표적인 5가지 스킬을 발표했는데요, 아래와 같습니다.

1. Resilence(회복력) : be able to adapt to different situations and handle setbacks

2. Confidence using Technology(기술사용의 자신감) : familiarisation with tools such as teleconferencing, collaboration platforms, file sharing, remote learning and able to organise and deliver virtual events

3. Agility(민첩, 명민함) : be productive in an envirnoment without necessarily have an bluerint, road map or written process to follow

​

4. Proactivity(진취성) : learn new skills or seek out new opportunities

​

5. Emotional Intelligence(감성지능) : be able to respond appropriately to the emotions of others - whethere it's their manager, colleagues, clients or customers
